Put AJAXControlToolkit.dll in project bin folder, go to Project, Add reference, browse to bin folder, select dll file, click ok. If it says it is not compatible with your project you will need to upgrade your project to .Net 3.5. Make backup. Right click Project name, properties, compile, advanced compile options, Target Framework, .NET Framework 3.5, OK.
